Green juice recipe for weight loss

You know that I have people asking me all the time for juicing recipes that will make them loss weight well im going to give you some really great ones here. Green Juicing recipes are fantastic for your body as the nutrients are absorbed straight away. If your reading this then you don’t really care about that, you just want to drop the LB’s! for that wedding, party, weekend away 1f609.svg whipping up some green juice recipes is a great way to loose weight in a short stint.

Here are some of our favourites!

The Mean Green

Apples (granny smith) – 2 medium (3″ dia)
Celery – 4 stalk, large (11″-12″ long)
Cucumber – 1 cucumber (8-1/4″)
Ginger – 1 thumb (1″ dia)
Kale – 6 leaf (8-12″)
Lemon – 1/2 fruit (2-3/8″ dia)

Directions – Process all ingredients in a juicer, shake or stir and serve.

The Beginner Green

Apples – 3 medium (3″ dia)
Celery – 4 stalk, large (11″-12″ long)
Ginger – 1/4 thumb (1″ dia)
Lemon (with rind) – 1/2 fruit (2-1/8″ dia)lemon-www.juicingnature.com_-300x271.jpg
Orange (peeled) – 1 large (3-1/16″ dia)
Spinach – 5 cup

Directions – You don’t have to peel the lemon, but make sure you peel the orange. The orange’s skin is very
bitter and can ruin the flavor.

Green Lemonade

Apples – 2 medium (3″ dia)
Cucumber – 1 cucumber (8-1/4″)
Kale – 4 leaf (8-12″)
Lemon – 1 fruit (2-1/8″ dia)
Spinach – 2 cup

Directions – Process all ingredients in a juicer, shake or stir and serve.
